This is a plain description of how this site actually handles personal data — not a substitute for legal advice. Have it reviewed before relying on it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, and message, plus phone number and subject if you fill those in. Nothing is collected just by browsing the site, aside from the cookies described in the cookie policy.
How we use it
Solely to answer you. Your message is sent to us by email; we do not add you to a list or contact you for anything else without asking first.
Who we share it with
Resend, the service that delivers the contact form's email, and — only if you accept the cookie banner — Google Analytics, which sees anonymised visit data, not your name or message.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as it takes to reply, and afterwards for as long as we would keep any other email conversation. We do not keep a separate database of contact submissions.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
